Our Mission:  The Widener University Balin Hall Pro-Bono Clinic's mission is to simultaneously provide physical therapy services to the underserved and underinsured populations in Chester, PA, while educating a new generation of physical therapists in the areas of character, competency and citizenship.  

Our Vision:   The Institute for Physical Therapy Education, keeping with our mission to educate future physical therapists, strives to unite education and community health and wellness through the physical therapy services provided at the Widener University Balin Hall Pro-Bono Clinic in Chester, PA. We dedicate ourselves to achieving excellence in service and education in the hope of empowering a healthier individual and a healthier community.
