Homecoming/Reunion FAQs

Can I pay at the door for a Reunion event?
We strongly encourage pre-registration for all events that require payment, to ensure proper space and meal planning. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on available space only.  Registration is required for paid events so please register early!

What’s on the menu?
Most events have a buffet, with a wide variety of options.

Are there vegetarian food options?
Yes, at all buffet meals, there will be vegetarian selections. Please contact the Office of Development and Alumni Office at 610-499-1154 prior to Homecoming/Reunion Weekend with any special needs. We will do all we can to accommodate special dietary needs.

Can I reserve a table at an event?
Our experience has been that assigning seating and/or reserving tables in advance does not work well due to varied group sizing and space limitations.  Class and affinity group banners and table cards will indicate seating areas to facilitate locating your fellow alumni. At all events there will be extra seating so that you and your friends should be able to sit together. On-time arrival will help assure your seating preferences.

Where can I stay overnight?
The Office of Development and Alumni Office encourages alumni to stay at the hotels where we have room blocks set up and are designated for the Homecoming/Reunion Weekend. However, alumni are welcome to stay at other hotels.  For a List of hotels options, please see the Hotel Information page of the Homecoming/Reunion website.

Are guests invited?
Yes, spouses, children, other family members and guests are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Are any of the events child-friendly?
Yes, children are welcome at all of the daytime events.

What about evening activities for teenagers?
Although most of the events being held are adult events, teenagers are welcome to attend with their parents.

How will I know that my registration has been received and processed?
If you register online you will receive an automatic confirmation.

Can I find out who else is attending?
You can find out who is attending by calling the Office of Development and Alumni Engagement at 610-499-1154,  We can let you know who from your class will be there!

Are refunds allowed?
Cancellations up until the registration deadline, October 5, 2018, will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the registration deadline.

Where should I park?
A map of all parking areas is located on the Map & Directions page of the Homecoming website. Street parking is also available.

What is the suggested attire?
Most of the weekend requires casual attire, but certain dinner events might be more business or cocktail attire.
