About Me
For almost 15 years, I have been a passionate advancement professional who has held roles in most areas of the field, including public relations, alumni engagement, fundraising, advancement services, and events. This variety of experience has afforded me the ability to look at projects holistically to determine the most successful course of action for our team and our constituents. In addition to my years at Widener, I spent nearly 3 years in the Office of Advancement at Melmark, a comprehensive multi-service agency for children and adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, and other neurological and genetic diagnoses. It was here I learned and came to fully appreciate the truly life-changing impacts of philanthropy.
Additionally, I am grateful to have spent over a decade volunteering for District II of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). With this industry-leading organization, I have had the opportunity to learn from the best peers in the field, make lifelong friends, and serve the district by chairing the 2016 conference, "City of Firsts," right here in the City of Brotherly Love! A native of Delaware County and a life-long Philadelphia Eagles fan, my favorite days on are spent on the beaches of Sea Isle City, NJ next to my husband and rambunctious 5-year-old twin boys.
