Nicole Gutekunst Ross

Nicole Gutekunst Ross ’08

Recently joined The Green Bay Packers as a Paralegal in their Legal Department

Before joining the Packers, Ross served for seven years as a Senior Paralegal for the National Football League (NFL). She previously worked for Norton Rose Fulbright and the United States Attorney's Office as a paralegal specialist. 

Ross earned her bachelor's degree from Widener University in Government and Politics.

Tiffany Brown

Tiffany Brown, MBA '92

Named a Top 25 Consumer & Retail Consultant & Leader of 2025 by The Consulting Report

Brown is Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal in Atlanta leading CFO Services for North America and driving transformation for Fortune 1000 clients. Brown earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Widener and an MBA from Penn State. She was a board member of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.

Kayla Nelson

Kayla Nelson '19

Named to 2025 New Faces of Civil Engineering List by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)

Nelson, a civil engineering analyst for Kimley-Horn in Dacula, Georgia, was one of 10 young civil engineers from around the world to be named to the list. She is recognized for her professional accomplishments and celebrated as a rising, talented, young engineer positioned to contribute tremendously to the industry.

Nelson graduated with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering at Widener.

Markevis Gideon

Markevis Gideon '10

Named to the Delaware Business Times' Most Impactful Leaders List

Gideon founded NERDiT NOW, a computer and electronics repair and recycling business, launched the first electronics recycling company in Delaware, donated 10,000+ computers to at-risk communities, and started an apprenticeship program for those who live in the community.  

He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Widener.

Ashwina Mosakowski

Ashwina Mosakowski, EdD '16

Named the Director of Elementary Education for the Upper Darby School District

Mosakowski holds 20+ years of experience in education and serves as the Director of Teaching, Learning and Innovation, the Coordinator of Federal Programs, and the district lead for Cultural Proficiency within the Upper Darby School District. 

She earned her doctorate of education from Widener.

I plan to get my bachelor’s as soon as I can, work in a hospital for a few years, then I can get into the nitty gritty of flight nursing and practice trauma care which is exactly what I want to do.
