Widener alumni came together in the Sunshine State for the 16th-annual alumni day at Phillies spring training hosted by the Office of Alumni Engagement.

Over 110 alumni and guests gathered to soak up the sun at BayCare Park in Clearwater and watch the Phillies come out on top in a win over the Toronto Blue Jays.

“As always, the Widener alumni team organized a great and well-attended event again this year in Clearwater for the Phillies spring training game,” said Alumni Council member Gregg Froio ’84. “As a Widener alum, I enjoy attending these types of events as it provides me an opportunity to reconnect with old friends and meet other alumni from different years.”
